Abstract/Summary:
Aiming to simulate the motion behavior of the gap mechanism with space and ground conditions,a gear motion behavior simulation platform is designed according to the motion test requirements of the gear transmission system under different operating conditions in the space and ground.In addition,based on the principle of "motion behavior simulation",this paper studies the loading method of different load spectrum and the experimental scheme under different loading conditions,establishes the interface gap,speed,load,simulated gravity,transmission efficiency and so on,designs and develops a typical gear motion simulation test device(hereinafter referred to as gear drive test bed).The effects of interfacial clearance,rotational speed,load and simulated gravity on the efficiency of gear drive subassembly efficiency under different loading conditions are studied.The quantitative analysis and fitting of the data are carried out by data,and the numerical relationship between the change of the gear drive subordinate efficiency and the loading variable considering the above conditional parameters is established.This article is arranged as follows:Firstly,the research background of the research topic,the research status of the gear transmission system,the application field and the gear transmission system considering the gap are summarized.And the application of auto-disturbance rejection controller in pneumatic actuators is introduced.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the research status of the domestic and international testing machine,the hardware design of the gear transmission test bed measurement and control system is carried out.According to the test requirements of the testing machine,the control and measurement scheme of parameters such as load,clearance and simulated gravity are developed,and the corresponding sensors are selected.Thirdly,the software development of the gear transmission test-bed’s control system is mainly developed,including the development of the gear drive system,the gap adjustment system,the motion loading system,the data processing module and the design of the main interface of the man-machine.Realization of real-time preservation of test parameters and dynamic display of waveform by using host computer.In order to improve the quality of variable variable-load-waveforms,the aerodynamic loading system is also mathematically modeled and the self-interference rejection controller is used in pressure closed-loop control to compare with PID control.Finally,combing with the research project,online tests on the gear transmission test-bed’s control system are conducted.The effects of interface clearance,speed,load,simulated gravity on the gear drive sub-transmission efficiency are studied by repeated tests on the gear transmission system under different loading conditions.The practicality and design rationality of the measurement and control system are verified and the corresponding test conclusions are obtained.
