Abstract/Summary:
Magnetorheological fluid damper is a kind of semi-active vibration control intelligent element which has many advantages such as simple structure,fast response speed,wide range of damping force,continuously adjustable,insensitive to temperature,low power consumption.The reliability of the magnetorheological fluid damper is very strong,even when the vibration control system fails,it also has a passive control effect;after setting the relevant control algorithm,it can achieve the effectiveness of active vibration control,but no high complexity and cost.The magnetorheological fluid damper is being gradually introduced into vibration reduction research of the mechanical and hydraulic systems.In order to ensure the good performance of magnetorheological fluid damper and to meet the demand of semi-active vibration control,it is necessary to optimize the design parameters and study the control algorithm more deeply.Sensitivity analysis is a good way to quantitatively analyze the influence of system control parameters and structural parameters on dynamic characteristics.Through the sensitivity analysis of the magnetorheological fluid damper,the sensitivity analysis results can be applied to improve the working performance of the system,which has certain research value and application prospect.There are many methods of sensitivity analysis.In this paper,the first-order output sensitivity and the second-order output sensitivity of magneto-rheological fluid damper are analyzed.The main research works are as follows:(1)The mathematical model of the output damping force on the magnetorheological fluid damper is established by the mechanism modeling method,the sensitivity parameters to be studied are worked out,the first order output sensitivity equation is deduced and the expression of the first order output sensitivity function is obtained.The sensitivity index of each parameter is given by column chart and analyzed.(2)The general expression for the second order output sensitivity equation of the output damping force on the magnetorheological fluid damper is established and then simplified to a special expression for the second order output sensitivity analysis method.The second order output sensitivity of each parameters is obtained by simulation analysis,which is compared with the analysis result of the first order output sensitivity.(3)Based on the experimental platform of vibration control system for Magnetorheological fluid damper,two sensitivities of vibration velocity and inrush current were obtained by analogy verification.By comparing the results of two sensitivities,the accuracy and applicability of the two sensitivity analysis methods are obtained.
