In this paper, based on the current research of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)vibration and noise,it use UG,HYPERWORKS,JMAG,LMS Virtual.lab software to study the characteristics of vibration and noise of the motor structure and use 150 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor in an company as the research object. The main research is as follows:Firstly, this paper introduces the basic knowledge and theory of the PMSM.It establishes the geometric model and element model of the stator system, rotor system and the shell of the PMSM.Secondly,it takes the free modal analysis on the motor stator, the stator assembly and the whole modal and compares with the modal test results by the simulation results to improve the accuracy of the model and analyses the modal influence on the motor parameters such as impregnation and bolt joint and shell material. At the same time,it improves the structure of the motor to improve the rigid of the structure. Then, calculate the radial electromagne tic force on the stator tooth surface according to the theoretical analysis of electromagnetic force of PMSM and determine the boundary condition of vibration characteristics analysis and calculate the motor frequency response to verify the accuracy by comparing the simulation results with the test results and analyze the influence of motor parameters on the vibration characteristics of the motor. Finally,it establishes the boundary element model of PMSM based on the boundary element theory.Import the motor vibration acceleration data to LMS Virtual.Lab as the boundary conditions of the motor noise analysis.Calculate the sound power level and sound pressure level by using the boundary element method and analyze the influence of the motor parameters on the motor noise to provide the strong basis for the optimum design.
