In recent years,the increasement of mechanical failure of wind turbine and the cost of operation and maintenance have become the main factor affecting the cost of wind power industry with the increasement of the total amount and volume of wind turbine installed in China.Due to the particual importance of the safe,efficient and reliable operation of wind turbine equipment,the development of on-line fault monitoring system for the wind turbine plays an importance role in grasping the operation status of the equipment in real time,finding stealth fault exists in the equipment,and taking preventive measures in advance.In this paper,a real-time fault monitoring system for wind turbine based on DSP using TI's TMS320C6748 as the core controller,to achieve multi-channel vibration signal acquisition,vibration data fault analysis,human-computer interaction display and host computer communication function has been designed.Through the installation of sensors in the corresponding parts of the wind turbine equipment,the signal acquisition of key components,the analysis of collected signal of key components using the amplitude modulation and order analysis algorithm to determine the key components of wind turbine failure state,and serial communication sending the state information of the key components of the wind turbine to the interactive display interface of the host computer,monitoring the operation status of the key components of the wind turbine unit in real time and taking the necessary preventive protection measures according to the actual situation come true.In this article,firstly through the analysis and study of the wind turbine unit status monitoring system at home and abroad,and detail research on the fault mechanism of the wind turbine,the vibration characteristics of the gear box gear and the bearing,the type of fault and the fault diagnosis method of the gearbox,fault diagnosis algorithm has been ascertained.Secondly,the hardware and software of the on-line fault monitoring system of wind turbine is designed.The hardware part mainly includes the design of core control system,power supply design,communication circuit design,multi-channel signal acquisition circuit design,data storage circuit design,human-computer interaction display interface design The software part mainly includes the signal acquisition program design,the fault diagnosis program design,the LCD liquid crystal display program design,the serial communication program design,the data storage program design and the upper machine man-machine display interface design.Finally,each function of the system test and data analysis of the experimental results,combined with the fault diagnosis results of MATLAB simulation software verification system,prove the feasibility of the system in the wind turbine fault monitoring and superiority.
