The automotive industry has a history of more than 130 years of development,both in terms of power,economy and practicality,there is a qualitative leap,and now is more intelligent direction.Transmission as a part of the automotive transmission system is very important,it can be said that the development of the transmission of the entire automotive industry has a role in promoting the development of.Electronically controlled mechanical automatic transmission(AMT)is based on the traditional manual mechanical transmission(MT)on the basis of the electronic control system,control the actuator to complete the automatic shift process.AMT inherited the traditional manual transmission high efficiency,low fuel consumption,while the ability to control the actuator to complete the selection of gear shift,automatic shift.The controller TCU can directly control the transmission shift strategy,can be said to be the center of the whole transmission system,so the controller development research has great practical significance and research value.In this paper,the design and application of AMT controller TCU as the research target,the structure and principle of AMT system is studied,based on the vehicle as to the moving object was analyzed,and the simulation model,then shift strategy simulation analysis is carried out to verify the feasibility of the strategy.Then the controller TCU is designed,and the controller is the core of the whole automatic shift control system.In order to achieve a smooth,fast,high quality shift,first of all to achieve the necessary functions of automatic shift analysis to determine the overall design.After the design scheme is determined,the main modules of the system are designed,including the minimum system,signal conversion circuit,drive circuit,communication interface and so on.Finally,the layout and wiring operation is designed to complete the TCU circuit.On the basis of the analysis and research of the AMT economy shift strategy is modified based on the original shift strategy,developed a new economy shift curve,and based on the MATLAB/Simulink simulation test in ADVISOR software,to verify the feasibility and correctness of the modified shift curve.At last,the experiment of the designed TCU is carried out,and the feasibility of the TCU automatic shift control is verified through the analysis of the experimental results.
