Because the Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)has many advantages,it has received the attention of many domestic and foreign experts.But at present,the SRM is not widely used.The reason is that the working mode of SRM and the torque ripple caused by the noise problem has not been solved.In this paper,the dynamic and static performance of the SRM is optimized based on the control strategy.The method of combining Direct Torque Control(DTC)with Sliding Mode Variable Structure Control(VSC)is adopted.The control object is the four phase 8/6 pole switched reluctance motor.The paper first describes its structural characteristics,operating principle and basic mathematical equations,and then analyzes the instantaneous torque formula.Finally,the article uses the DTC method to limit the torque and flux in a small range,reducing the motor running pulse.Because the conventional VSC method needs a lot of calculation to determine the existence and accessibility of the system,this paper designs a VSC method of three-stage segmented linear switching line.It covers the whole area of the system operation,allowing the system to run from the beginning on the sliding mode line,without a lot of calculations,easy to control,easy to implement.In order to further improve the control performance of the SRM and eliminate the buffeting phenomenon of VSC,the article combines the three-stage sliding mode controller with the traditional PI regulator,in the low-speed stage using sliding mode control method,high-speed operation makes the system automatically switch to traditional PI control.The simulation results show that the control method has its own advantages compared with the traditional control method,and the dynamic and static performance and the adaptability and robustness of the speed control system are good.This paper has completed the software and hardware design of SRM control system.The control circuit takes TMS320F2812 as the core,the software programming is carried out in a modular way,and some debugging work has been done.The circuit has been tested.The article has some practical and reference value.
