With the gradual increase of the amount of motor vehicles in our country,more and more children riding.In traffic accidents,due to the special physiological characteristics the impact strength is higher than that of adults for children.At present,Our country child restraint system(CRS)researching and development is completed by the child safety seat production factory alone.At the same time,the development of impacting test dummy is according to the characteristics of the European and American human.Western 3 year old dummy model is suitable for 3 year old child with human characteristic about injury analysis need further studies.Therefore,carrying out the child safety seat and vehicle matching research actively and analyzing child occupant injury and prevention based on the characters of the Chinese has the very important practical significance and the actual demand.This article uses child safety seat installed forward(ISOFIX),matching a research car on the South East Motor(SEM),using MADYMO PSM(Prescribed Structure Motion)to establish the digital simulation model.Analyzing the injury law of 3 years old child occupant about vehicle seat cushion stiffness,vehicle seat cushion and friction factor,child safety seat safety belt limit grade.And the improvement analysis of child safety seat and vehicle seat,comparative analysis of East and west 3 years old children occupant injury results.The main research contents including:(1)Using the hand held three-dimensional scanner to obtain the child safety seat point cloud data.Based on finite element method and multi-body dynamics theory,establishing the child safety seat and vehicle seat finite element models.Establishing child restraint system slide collision test simulation model through matching.By the sled test and vehicle frontal impact test verifying the valid of simulation model.(2)According to the national standard GB 27887-2011,in order to solve the problem of safety seat installation difficultly,does not affect the protective effect of child restraint system,improving the size of the vehicle seat ISOFIX.On the basis of the 2015 version of the C-NCAP code and the 2014 edition of the child restraint system(CRS)evaluation rules,analyzing the influence factors of child occupant injury.Using the interpolation principle,getting the seat cushion stiffness is greater than 70N/mm,the safety seat friction coefficient is 0.41,seat belt force limit level less than 2000 N can reduce child occupant injury.(3)Comparting TNO P3 child dummy with 3 years old Chinese child dummy that possessing Chinese characteristics of the human body,analyzing the difference of the collision injury.The results show that there is high degree of consistency about injury response,including peaking value and tendency.The overall deviation is less than 5%.Therefore,in the study of the protective effect of 3 years old Chinese child can use TNO P3 child dummy to replacing the Chinese child occupant model.
