Aircraft engine in the wing cleaning is the need to dismantle the engine and its gas components to clean the maintenance method,through the wing cleaning can slow down the engine gas performance decline,to extend the engine in the wing time,reduce engine maintenance costs.The jet system is an important part of the wing cleaning equipment.The parameters such as jet direction,jet velocity and atomization droplet size are closely related to the cleaning efficiency.In order to improve the cleaning efficiency,the following three aspects are studied:(1)Analysis of the influence of nozzle structure parameters on jet characteristics: The geometrical model of nozzle with different structures was established,and the fluid mechanics simulation was carried out to analyze the influence of structural parameters on the jet angle.It was that the angle and offset of the incision were significant,They have a quadratic function of the jet angle.Through the construction of the jet test bed,the nozzle of different structural parameters of the jet test,the experimental results and simulation results consistent.(2)Study on the flow field of the inflow flow: A single particle dynamic analysis method was used to study the dynamic equation of the droplet in the single droplet in the flow field.On the basis of the kinematic model of the rotating aerodynamic flow field,The velocity and trajectory of the droplet incident process are calculated.The geometric model of aeroengine fan-level is constructed by using three-dimensional software,and the simulation process of the inflow flow is simulated in fluent.The results show that the mathematical model agrees well with the flow trajectory of the simulation model.(3)Realization and experiment of liquid supply device: According to the results of airport research,the design parameters and selection of key components of liquid supply device are determined,and the supply system circuit is designed again.Developed a liquid supply device,and carried out a cleaning test.The test results show that the cleaning effect of the device is good,in line with the practical application of cleaning requirements.
