Airworthiness regulations require key parts of the aero-engine to be able to operate effectively in a fire state to ensure that the engine is safely shut down.In order to meet these requirements of the aero-engine,a fire test is required to demonstrate compliance with the fire safety provisions of the aero-engine parts. However, the lack of domestic research data and experience of this basic test, with reference to foreign aircraft engine parts fire test of the latest information found in the aviation engine parts fire test, there are non-negligible factors, may affect the parts of the fire test result. In order to better carry out the fire test of aero-engine parts,it is necessary to study the influencing factors of the fire engine parts of the aero-engine parts.(1)Aiming at the fire test parameters of the aero-engine parts, the comparative analysis of the flame requirements of the fire test and the comparative analysis of the fire test burner.Combined with ISO2685 and AC20-135 contrast Europe and the United States on the fire test flame parameters requirements, analysis of Europe and the United States fire test on the flame temperature and heat flux density difference;comparison fire test burner structure, working principle and flame parameters similarities and differences.(2)According to the flame formation process, the influencing factors were qualitatively analyzed from the two aspects of the fire test flow parameters and the calibration installation parameters in combination with the flow equation, the chemical reaction equation, the combustion reaction enthalpy and the flame impact heat transfer equation to determine the main influencing factors of the fire test.(3)The simulation model of the influencing factors of the fire test of the aero-engine parts is established and the numerical analysis is carried out.Based on the simulation model of flame impact plate based on Nex Gen burner flame impact plate specimen, the influence of fuel flow, air flow and specimen size on fire test was studied by Fluent software. The simulation model of thermocouple measurement of high temperature flame gas was established, and the influence of thermocouple size on fire test was studied.(4)The effect of thermocouple size and specimen size on fire test was studied through the experimental method.Based on the design of propane burner, the fire test platform was set up to study the effect of thermocouple size and specimen size on fire test.
