With the development of our national economy,civil aviation industry has entered a period of rapid development.The type and number of aircraft are constantly increasing as well as air traffic and fleet capacity.The aviation industry has brought great convenience to people's lives and even changed the way people live.But the aircraft noise problem is getting worse at the same time.Aircraft noise pollution has become one of the important problems of environmental pollution.In order to solve the problem of aircraft noise and reduce the impact of aircraft noise on public,ICAO and national civil aviation organizations have developed noise standards for aircraft noise to limit aircraft noise levels.Considering that the aircraft noise certification process is complex and costly,we develop an algorithm to predict the aircraft's approach noise level making the aircraft's noise and airworthiness validation work easier and more evidence in this paper.In this paper,the aircraft approach noise level prediction method provides support for the C919 aircraft approach noise level airworthiness certification.According to the requirements of ICAO Annex 16,the limit value of the fourth stage of the aircraft approach noise level provides airworthiness certification requirements for the forecasting algorithm.Based on the theoretical derivation,we research the correlation of aircraft certification noise levels EPNL with controlling physical parameters,and then obtain the approach noise level algorithm.Based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Platform,we design the aircraft approach noise level forecasting system and compare the noise level of the existing model with the measured noise level to verify the accuracy of the algorithm,and we can also predict the approach noise level of the new aircraft and compare with the fourth stage approach noise level limit value to determine whether the aircraft approach noise level meets the requirements of airworthiness certification in order to provide technical support for noise certification of C919 aircraft and save noise certification cost.
