Research On Modeling And Simulation Of Disassembly And Disassembly Process Based On MAS

Civil aircraft structure is complex and the precision requirement of the Removal/Installation is high,the demand of airlines on the aircrew's skill level about the Removal/Installation is getting higher and higher.The modeling and simulation of the process on the Removal/Installation can solve the problems such as the shortage of resources,high cost and low efficiency in the maintenance training.The modeling and simulation of virtual maintenance at present is mainly aimed at the planning and description of disassembly sequence,but ignore the logic and attributes of the component behavior,can not simulate multi-person collaboration in the real maintenance Removing/Installing environment.Aiming at these problems,combining with the characteristics of object-oriented and process modeling,the MAS(Multi-Agent System)is used to describe the entity behavior in the process of Removal/Installation,and a process model of maintenance training which is suitable for multi-person collaboration is given,and the interactive behavior is simulated.The main works are as follows:Firstly,through the analysis of the process of the Removal/Installation in the AMM manual,the entities,tools,action of Removal/Installation and constraint relation in the process of maintenance are described,and the Removing/Installing task are formal described.Then from the perspective of distributed maintenance training,collaborative maintenance disassembly process in the process of consistent and concurrency issues are studied.Secondly,based on the technology of Agent,Agent's hybrid structure is raised.Combining with the autonomy and interactive features of each module in the distributed maintenance disassembling system,the module in maintenance disassembly system is expressed by using Agent,then hybrid operating platform Agent behavior model and task management agent model are set up.By the behavior level output of the operating platform Agent internal maintenance disassembly,the physical disassembly process model is got.Finally,through the study of Multi-Agent collaborative disassembly process,Multi-Agent's own behavior,interactive mode and interactive behavior are simulated and modeled in maintenance disassembly system.Based on a color petri which is object-oriented,the interaction behavior of the Agent is simulated and described.Maintenance disassembling process model and Multi-Agent interaction effect are simulated on the A320 virtual maintenance trainer,and the simulation results can verify the feasibility and correctness of this scheme.
