With the sustained and rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry,whether it is the airline operation needs,or independent design and production of aircraft to compete in the global market,all cannot do without aircraft maintenance support capability.The making of aircraft maintenance decision is not only related to the flight safety and the normal rate,but also has great significance for airlines operating costs.The initial aircraft maintenance program is developed based on the maintenance planning document.The preventive maintenance interval is too conservative,will inevitably lead to the increase of aircraft maintenance costs.Therefore,in the actual operation process,We need to do reliability analysis according to the data obtained from the actual operation process,and continue to adjust and optimize the maintenance interval based on the results of reliability analysis.Aircraft flight control system,as one of the important systems,its failure mode of equipment is more complicated and involves many accessories maintenance tasks.Therefore,optimizing maintenance interval through the reasonable method,and reducing the operational costs of the airline in the premise to ensure the safe operation of the aircraft,has a large research space.This paper is based on the MSG-3 maintenance theory,combined with the basis of data reliability analysis,process analysis of the aircraft flight control system accessory reliability is given,including data collection,data analysis,fault model,parameter estimation and goodness of fit test.in view of this situation that maintenance data of the flight control system accessories are less,With the fault data accords with weibull distribution as an example,We put forward a system reliability modeling method based on bayesian,getting the posterior probability density functions of distribution parameters,and get the estimation of the parameters to be estimated value by Markov Chain Monte Carlo(MCMC)method.And then,based on the results of reliability analysis,with the cost per unit time during preventive maintenance interval as the objective function and the reliability of the system accessories’ s requirements as constraints,we can set up the maintenance interval optimization model,optimize maintenance interval,and carry on engineering analysis.At last,with trailing edge flaps actuator of B737 NG aircraft flight control system as an example,carry on reliability analysis for it By using the above method.Finally,We use the reliability analysis results into the maintenance interval optimization model,getting the optimal maintenance interval,and combine with the maintenance interval from Maintenance Review Board Report,in order to give a proposed maintenance interval optimization scheme.
