With speedy development of economy,the society have increasing demands over power and it brings great threat to safe and stable operation of the system due to contradiction between power supply and demand.The corresponding power demand side management works on solving a series of issues regarding power exploitation,use and demand.However,it's one effective measure to improve power demand side management efficiency in solving the current electric energy dilemma.The customers-oriented demand side management system may improve the precise efficiency of power supply-demand administration.First,the paper designs the overall scheme of DSM system based on principal concepts and measures of power demand side management.The paper starts analysis from indicators,classifications,influential factors of power users' load.In addition,it determines steps and design key points of demand side management system by focusing on electric energy market responding mechanism and demand side responding mechanism thus to carry on integrated design regarding optimization of electrical load and customers-oriented DSM system.Secondary,it studies the case of one urban power grid in East China and establishes load predication model.With introduction of integrated load predication method,it predicts the annual electricity consumption of this city in 2016.Through optimization of power grid load predication analysis,it improves the accuracy of database of demand side management systemFinally,in light of predication result of the study case,it identifies the conflict issue to be solved by demand side management system based on power network load forecast and conducts customer-oriented DSM system design.The design of this system is based on optimization of load analysis predication,information exchange among participants in demand side management of power enterprises,power users,governmental enterprises and energy service companies.Then it implements extension design of users' side energy management system and develops sub-systems design of enterprise energy management,family energy management and building energy management combining with various clients' electric power management technology,thus to establish demand side management system with multi-participation,information sharing and real-time interaction.Through establishment of demand side management system based on power network load prediction,it realizes load information collection and exchange among various equipments.Meanwhile,it enables all participants in demand side management to realize mutual intelligibility of information and data and to master regional load and equipment using electric situation thus to generate their corresponding demand side management as well as achieving maximal benefits of demand side management.
