The power grid is an important component of the electric power system,directly to the power users.In recent years,the State Gird require city supply companies to revise the distribution network planning each year in order to re understanding and evaluation the power grid.The traditional planning generally lack a systematic evaluation of the power grid planning.Therefore,the scientific and reasonable evaluation methods of power grid planning to quantify the key indicators and supporting indicators have been urgently needed.Considering the key as well as the related supportive factors affecting the normal and stable operation of the power grid of Jiangsu,this paper thoroughly analyzes five aspects of it,follows as safety,reliability,economy,quality,and intelligence,a set of quota system is established for reasonable assessment of the state the distribution network or planning for the future.At the same time,according to the analysis steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,combined with the Delphy method(Delphi)and analytic hierarchy process,the whole quota system is summarized.Through the calssification of the importance of indicators and the weight set,a complete and quantitative set of evaluation standard for analysis of the diagnosis of the power grid is obtained.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,the Nanjing power grid model has been selected as a case for studying.By comparing with the advanced cities such as Beijing and shanghai,the gas has been finded out.After the implementation of the planning project,the evaluation and analysis of the power grid have been done.We have further demonstrated and verified the scientific rationality and feasibility of the research results.According to the results of verification,scoring results of Nanjing power grid will have increased from 81.08 to 97.71 points to meet the expected objectives until 2030.The modern power grid of the south of Jiangsu will have been completely buit in Nanjing city.
