In Xinjiang,China has a large number of long history of ancient wooden structure of ancient buildings,ancient architecture years need to strengthen the r-epair processing.Xinjiang poplar widely distributed in Xinjiang,the growth cycle is short,can be used as structural components of poplar wood in the use of th-e structure,easy to local conditions,local materials.However,Xinjiang poplar has the disadvantages of low strength,easy cracking,heterosexual and other shortco-mings,to be strengthened to improve its mechanical properties.In this experiment,30 kinds of poplar long columns were subjected to axial compression and eccentric compression by means of BFRP fiber cloth.The different layers were used as variables to analyze the failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity,load-displacement,load-strain,ductility and so on.the results shows that the typical longitudinal bending of the poplar wood column in Xinjiang is dominated by the typical longitudinal bending failure,and the failure of the wooden column is mostly due to the bending of the wood in the direction of the wood in the compression zone,which leads to the destruction of the fiber in the tension zone,the BFRP basalt fiber cloth To achieve ultimate tensile strength and ultimate strain.compared with the non-reinforced poplar rectangular column,the BFRP fiber cloth was used to separate the 1-layer,2-layer and BFRP fiber covered with 1 layer,and the ultimate bearing capacity the use of BFRP fiber cloth spaced 1 layer,2 layers and BFRP fiber covered with 1 layer,2 layers reinforced wood column,the ultimate load capacity of the pillars increased significantly,the vertical paste fiber The cloth can effectively improve the bending capacity of the wooden column.The overall stiffness of the column after reinforcement of the BFRP fiber cloth can effectively restrain the lateral deformation of the column,the lateral displacement of the wooden column is reduced and the longitudinal displacement is increased.With the increase of the distribution rate of BFRP fiber cloth,the elasticity stage of the post-reinforced wooden column is gradually expanded,the longitudinal strain increases,the lateral strain decreases,the axial compression pressure,the ductility of the eccentric compression column isimproved,The seismic performance of the wooden pillars is further improved.The results show that the reinforcement effect of the short column is better than that of the long column.The reinforcement effect of the short column is better than that of the long column. |
