The cooling time of cooling unit will transferred from the peak period of electricity consumption to the trough period through cool storage technology.and the control of storage tank is used to realize cold storage during the low load period and cold release of high load period.There are regional and seasonal contradictions in the power supply of the whole country,although the country continues to increase the production of electricity equipment and large-scale power generation projects,electricity consumption situation is still very tense.The rapid development of the economy cost energy consumption,the development of clean energy and energy saving technology innovation has become the theme of national research.The application of chilled-water storage technology in the industry can stagger the peak of electricity consumption,ease the tension,and save energy and have an important role in promoting energy saving and reducing cost of enterprise.In this paper,e QUEST software is used to simulate the annual energy consumption of buildings,and the simulation accuracy is compared with the actual building energy consumption.we build a chilled storage system and cacluate some parameter like cooled-storage load distribution of full time cold storage system and time-sharing cold storage system,economic evaluation index of saving operation cost per annum,investment payback period and net present value.Finally,the economic analysis is made on the influence of the price structure,the annual operating time and the transformation cost on the storage system.From the analysis,it is proved that the reformation of the cold storage system has the advantages of high energy saving and feasibility for the industrial buildings with cooling demand.If the length of the storage period increased by 2 months,the payback period would shortened by an average of 2 years.The time sharing cold storage system will preferred peak cooling load,to maximize the efficiency of cold storage system;the full time cold releasing system is inferior of time-sharing cold releasing system in economic,but it can ensure the stable operation of the chiller in load.For short-term-cooling construction period,the influence of electricity price structure and initial investment is significant.Due to the use of storage system in the cooled-storage-system rate is not high,in the format of the existing electricity price structure,the economy of short-term-cooling is not good as the long-term cooling of industrial buildings,so the government needs to optimize tariff structure,improve the peak price,reduce the low price to increase the difference between peak and valley price or provide other preferential policies to improve the enthusiasm of the owners of cold storage system.The operation mode of the cooling system is very flexible,and the different control strategies have great influence on the economy and skill of the cooling system.
