For nearly half a century,the continuous development of automobile and other internal combustion engines,such as oil and natural gas and other fossil resources,increasing demand,resulting in an inc reasing shortage of oil resources and environmental damage more and more widely.Which led to the transformation of the traditional automobile industry,new energy electric vehicle technology has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection,by governments around the world and the field of electric vehicles and electric vehicles to highly valued,the new energy industry has great development.Power battery for electric vehicle driving device,has a great influence on the performance in the operation of trams,tram monitoring of the battery is very important,so the battery characteristics test and battery management system(Battery management system BMS)test is very important.??????This paper mainly on the background of new energy electric vehicles currently used in battery lithium iron phosphate battery characteristics through experimental data simulation of the characteristics of the new energy bus battery based on the design of BMS system and test system.his paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter introduces the development of new energy electric vehicles as well as the current situation at home and abroad,and the development of the electric vehicle battery is introduced,the second chapter introduces the internal structure and microstructure characteristics of lithium iron phosphate battery,and through the experiment of lithium iron phosphate battery,the third chapter how to set up BMS test platform,introduced the design of BMS testing platform and hardware platform to build and test software and build the framework,the fourth chapter of the BMS test system software,introduces the function of each module,the fifth chapter introduces the test part of the BMS test platform,hardware and communication run the test software of BMS testing platform,to ensure that the design can be implemented.The last chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of the future trends.
