Aircraft engine test bed is essential to the aviation engine production and test equipment. For the development of an engine, the engine ground test was more than 10000 h on the test bed, and with the improvement of engine performance continuously, the requirement of test bench is also improved. The old test bench gradually did not meet the requirements of scientific research production and performance of engine, so the study of the test bench has important application value. With the development of the test bed technology, traditional instruments and metes are gradually eliminated, humanization gradually improved, the test efficiency gradually improved, but the test bed structure is still in the imitation of the early structure size. With the development of computer technology, finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics are widely used.In this paper, based on a bench in the company, the overall layout of the test bed is designed according to the overall design ideas. From the connection of the engine and the test bench, the composition and structure of the test bed are determined.In order to make inlet and exhaust system flow relatively stable,and intake and exhaust not interfering with each other, research on intake and exhaust device and injection system are carried out. Based on the aerodynamic, the secondary air intake tower size and ejection cylinder geometry are designed. FLUENT software is used to model and analyze the intake and exhaust system, and several beds are analyzed. Then the feasibility of the design scheme is verified according to the calculation results.To make the structure strength of secondary air inlet device and exhaust meet the national standards, element analysis method is applied to simulate the stress of metal exhaust and secondary air inlet device in different loads. The feasibility of the design scheme is verified by the calculation results.To meet the production requirements, the inlet with distortion process is studied and designed. The FLUENT software and ANSYS software are used in the design process to simulate the flow distortion status and structure strength of the inlet with distortion process. The feasibility of the design scheme is verified by the calculation results.Through this test bed transformation research, the engine runs more user-friendly operated and the working environment becomes more secure and reliable. Meanwhile, the engine run period is also shortened and the pressure of production tasks is greatly alleviated.
