With the development of the aero-engine's structure, holistic part with new structure is more and more widely used in new aero-engine, but compared with the conventional structure, its processing and maintenance has become very complex, unit price will rise sharply, and production condition is more strict. The adoption of the holistic structure's parts,cause great impact on the parts' processing. In addition, super alloy is one of the materials which are widely used in aero-engine's parts, it has many characters, for example, poor cutting machining character, big cutting deformation and strain hardening tendency, big cutting force and high fluctuation, high cutting temperature, tool wear easily, surface quality and precision is difficult to guarantee,and so on.The research object of this article is the new structure's sealing ring component which is used on aircraft engine, and according to the structure's features and technical requirements of the parts, and super alloy's character, the article studies the process of the sealing ring component.The main research content is as follows:(1) Analysis of the sealing ring's structural and constituting the technical process : based on analyzing the differences of the new structure and the original structure,and the influence on the process route and the size allowance, which brought from the key working procedures,the article constitute the final technical process and the size chain of the important part;(2) Designing of the machining process' fixture : according to the structure of the part in each process and the characteristics of machining parts, it determines the manner of placement and impaction in the process, at the same time, for different types of fixture structure, it analyzes and illuminates the fixture's structure;(3) The choice of cutting tool materials and solutions of cutting tool structure: the article analyzes selection principles of the cutting tool materials and the blade's geometrical parameters in machining process, and it emphatically analyzes the tool's scheme of the deep groove;(4) Validation of the Part's process: it emphatically analyzes the processes of deep groove and silver-copper coating on the sealing ring component, and discusses the solutions of the questions, which include the vibration's problem of the deep groove and the roughness' problem of the silver-copper coating.
