TCMS Of Rail Grinding Vehicle Traction Motor Car Based On TCN

In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, the national construction of the railway industry is also increasing year by year, the rapid development of the railway industry. At present, the domestic China locomotives, passenger vehicle manufacturing enterprises have the ability to design and production of various types of electric locomotive and EMU, but Polish large maintenance machinery vehicles in rail traction train network control part is still in a relatively backward stage, the vehicle is mainly depends on foreign manufacturers, such as grinding equipment intelligent digital rail vehicles, such as grinding 96 head rail produced by American HTT company of Switzerland ELAG company. In order to break the foreign enterprises in the field of monopoly, which requires us to develop with independent intellectual property rights of large maintenance machinery traction train network control system.Based on the research of the TCN network technology and the traction motor control performance of the rail grinding vehicle, this paper designs a TCN based traction motor vehicle network control system for rail grinding vehicle. The research status at home and abroad on the first rail grinding vehicle, then discusses the TCN network technology, and combined with the actual needs of the rail grinding train traction motor to complete the network topology design, hardware selection, display control function construction, program flow chart and design work, focusing on the completion of the underlying software architecture development according to the Vx Works operating system, development and constant speed control, safety guide oriented applications, and display software based on MCGSE. Finally, the experimental verification of the network control system is carried out, and the combined test of the traction motor train network control system of the rail grinding vehicle is completed.
