Self-compacting concrete because of its large mobility without vibration can be filled compact and widely used in modern engineering, its rheological properties and thixotropic properties of the construction quality of a great impact on the good rheological properties and thixotropic properties of direct impact Concrete fluidity, filling and stability. In recent years, more and more researches have been done on self-compacting concrete. The main research directions include self-compacting concrete's working performance, mechanical properties, deformation properties, durability and economic benefits.According to the problems existing in the practical engineering application, the corresponding measures are put forward and the research contents are summed up and summarized according to the design and construction technology measures of the self-compacting and non-vibrating mass concrete used in the reinforcement of the foundation of the factory building. And results. The main research contents are as follows: the research on the self-compacting concrete raw material for reinforcement, the mix proportion of self-compacting concrete for reinforcement, and the simple, quick and suitable mix design method in combination with the engineering characteristics of this project. The new- Strength, self-compacting concrete elastic modulus, expansion properties; concrete pouring method, conservation and after forming the relevant test data analysis.Through the study of self-compacting concrete to get the design method of mix ratio, and through the combination of reinforcement project itself has the characteristics, and finally summed up the self-compacting concrete reinforcement required for the optimal design method; according to the example analysis shows concrete pouring time interval 20 min May cause less than 10% of the concrete shear capacity; and pouring time interval 60 min will cause 10% to 35% loss of concrete; concrete by adding fly ash method can effectively reduce the stratum pouring brought about by Shear strength, but with the gradual increase in the age of concrete, fly ash dosage is large, the shear capacity will decrease. If a reasonable increase in retarder content will help to enhance the quality of layered pouring concrete to control, and at the same time will not lose theadvantages of disposable pouring concrete: shear capacity. If the time interval is less than 60 min, the stress loss of the concrete is less than 10%, and the loss of the shear capacity of the concrete will not increase as the age increases. If the static yield stress and viscosity of the lower concrete are smaller in the same time interval, the combination of two layers of concrete will be better and the loss of shear capacity will become smaller. Even if the static yield stress and viscosity Similar to the shorter time interval between the two layers of concrete with good shear capacity loss will reach a minimum.
