With the development of the construction industry,the construction industry has also undergone a revolutionary change.The traditional building industry with energy consumption,high pollution rate,has not conformed to the development of today's society.The assembly of the building which has been rise since the last century from the western is now in full swing in the development.Assembly construction with fast construction speed,low energy consumption,no polluting the environment,will be the future development trend of the construction industry.The quality of the grout is directly related to the overall stability of the whole building.The traditional grouting material has not enough strength,lack of expansion,and many other problems,so the development of high-performance grouting material is meaningful to achieve the building industry.In this experiment,the factors influencing the performance of grouting material were analyzed by single variable.In order to ensure the strength of grouting material,the cement material is 52.5R ordinary portland cement;and to improve the flow of grouting material,mineral powder and silica fume and other mineral admixtures mixed in the experimental material.The use of polycarboxylate water-reducing agent improves the flow of grouting material and also plays a role in reducing the water-cement ratio.In order to ensure the expansion performance of grouting materials at all ages,the experiment uses plastic bulking agent and ordinary UEA expansion agent,in which plastic expansion agent solves the problem of early expansion of the slurry,UEA expansion agent ensures the late expansion of the slurry.In order to solve the problem of bubbles in the grouting material,adding defoamer defoaming is added in the course of the experiment which can also improve the strength of the slurry at the same time.Defoamer used in the the experiment is silicone.Specific results show that:When the polycarboxylate water-reducing agent content is 0.7%,requirements of slurry fluidity are meeting.At the same time,the slurry does not occur segregation and bleeding.With the increase of the amount of thickener,the flowability of the grouting material increased first and then decreased,and the effect of the thickener on the strength and water retention of the grouting material was considered.In this experiment,the blending amount of the thickener was 0.0072%.The In order to solve the problem of quickening speed of grouting material,retarder is added in the experiment based on a certain proportion.The retarder used tartaric acid.a smallamount of retarder,the loss of fluidity is significantly reduced.When the retarder content is more than 0.2%,then the phenomenon of slow retardation is show,which shows that the best content is 0.2%.In this study,the preparation of grouting material on the basis of suitable for the winter in Beijing low temperature grouting material were explored.First,the temperature of the casing in the construction site was tested in the Pinghu Paradise Guarantee Project in Chaoyang District.According to the test results,the temperature range of the winter sleeves in Beijing was drawn,and the temperature set the basic for the preparation of low temperature grouting material.At the end of the experiment,sulfur-aluminum cement was used as the gelling material to prepare the low temperature grouting material in Beijing,and the preparation of the low temperature grouting material was explored.Finally,the performance was tested and the quality of the grouting material was met.
