As a non-contact transmission technology,the technology of ultrasonic standing wave levitation and transportation was widely used in biology,chemistry,materials and machinery and other fields of science.However,there is few research for implementing the certain application by using the contraposition transducer array device,therefore,in the topic simulation and experiment on the characteristics of an acoustic fieled by contraposition type transducer array,the contraposition type transducer array can be divided into coaxial arrays and non-coaxial array,and we can analysis the performance for corresponding acoustic field under these two mode through the simulation and experiment,thus the certain application can be implemented.The concrete research content is as follows:Firstly,the acoustic field regularities distribution which formed by contraposition type transducer array are analyzed in theory.Wave equation is deduced,and the distribution of acoustic pressure,particle velocity,time average potential and acoustic radiation in acoustic field is deduced in the case of two arrays coaxial,analyzed the influence of the phase difference for acoustic field strength,the formation of the standing wave acoustic field is obtained.Theoretical analysis the field formed by non-coaxial array in two-dimensional space.We can found that the conditions of the formation of standing wave in acoustic field is different when the two arrays one vibration with other static,the two arrays vibration in the same direction,the two arrays vibration in the opposite direction after compare characteristic of the acoustic field form by different transducer array.Secondly,the research for the formation of standing wave with the suspension and transport at axial direction was made for the acoustic field form by two coaxial array.Through simulation and experiment analysis the influence of parameters,such as resonance frequency,working frequency,amplitude of arrays,measuring position and measuring angle of pressure of acoustic field formed by single array.The relationship between the suspend position of ball and the parameters under different standing wave resonance mode can be sum up through simulation and experiment analysis the influence of the cavity height and phase between arrays of standing wave acoustic field.Can adjust the height of cavity and the phase difference to realize non-contact transmission along the axis direction of floating ball,realize suspension and transmission multiple objects at the same time.Finally,the study for standing wave in the acoustic field formed by non-coaxial array and the location of well was made through the simulation and experiment.To plan transmission path of acoustic wave form array Through the simulation research of the relationship between geometry parameters like the location of radiating surface,the distance between radial surface and reflective surface,the angle of array with the coupled acoustic field,we did the experiment analyzes the relations between geometric parameters and the location of well,summarized the influence of various parameters on the acoustic field performance,such as: when phase difference between two arrays as ?,the sum of two radiating surface and reflective surface distance of half wave even times,standing wave acoustic field formed in the cavity,which can realize ball suspended in the potential well location of acoustic field.
