| Relay is used as the switching device in the system to complete power distribution and signal switching.Its reliability and health status directly affect the performance and reliability of the whole system.Especially in the key position of the relay,it is not only expensive,once failed,it would lead to disastrous consequences.At the same time,“Industry 4.0”,intelligent manufacturing,networking and other technology development,also put forward a clear demand on the intelligent relay.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis technology for relays,which has the intelligent characteristics of self monitoring and self diagnosis.In this paper,a railway signal relay as the research object,the author obtain fault data through the fault simulation,then construct the fault state database,reach fault diagnosis and assessment.The main work is as follows:First of all,by using the fault tree analysis method for railway signal relay fault analysis,we sort out the common failure modes for railway signal relay to explore the reasons for its failure,combined with the actual situation,summed up the main failure modes,and lay the foundation for subsequent fault simulation.Secondly,established the virtual prototype model for railway signal relay,combined with practical application,the Armature binding,loosening spring,coil resistance degradation,contact wear was determined as four main failure modes,and in 5%,10%,15% parameter degradation as the level of fault simulation.Fault simulation is carried out to obtain the coil current waveform and compare with the measured data injected by fault.The fault mechanism is qualitatively analyzed.Then,through the analysis of changes in different failure modes of railway signal relay coil current waveform,by defining the current waveform characteristic quantity,the fault characteristics are got that could reflect the relay fault degradation.Considering the production practice of railway sign al relay and the occurrence of single fault and coupling fault,relay fault database is established.The SVM is used to diagnose and verify the fault status,and the results of diagnosis are evaluated.Finally,the physical injection of the railway signal relay is simulated and verified.Through the online monitoring and diagnosis system for railway signal relay,the measured real fault state database,and based on the above method,we assessed and diagnosed of fault state of the relay,to verify the validity of this method.The research can provide technical support for the intelligent electromagnetic relay.The related theory and method can also be used in the diagnosis process of relay quality abnormity. |
