In the industrial,agricultural and national defense areas,in order to make electrical equipment work properly,need to carry out regular testing and calibration,the traditional manual testing and calibration methods there are low efficiency,poor repeatability and other issues,and special test calibration equipment development costs,Can be reconfigurable low.With the rapid development of general instrument technology,it is very important to study the automatic test calibration technology based on general instrument and put forward a system development scheme with high versatility and practicability.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the research of modular automatic test technology,based on the research on the control method of programmable instrument,a kind of automatic testing and calibration system modeling scheme and realization mechanism based on general instrument and graphical programming tool are proposed,The system design software and the software development framework are put forward.Aiming at the problem of lack of program-controlled equipment in the system,a method of information collection and control adjustment for non-programmed instrument is proposed.Secondly,the overall hardware architecture of the automatic control calibration system based on general instrument is planned,and the hardware of each part is analyzed and designed.The working mode of the interface of the instrument and equipment is designed and analyzed,and a general interface bus controller and the bottom Driver to achieve a complete interface design.Then,based on the power supply test system of 2311 National Defense Metering Station,combined with the requirement analysis,this paper proposes a system software overall structure,and designs the concrete operation interface and the data flow structure inside the program.At the same time,VISA and IVI in two different ways to achieve the instrumentation drive control and resource management,and in order to give full play to the characteristics of virtual instrument plug and play,for the construction of the system used in digital multimeter,electronic loader,digital oscilloscope,etc.Programmable instruments,based on the SCPI language developed in the automatic test and calibration system within the drive.A complete set of automated test and calibration system software,summed up and put forward several software and other auxiliary functions designed shortcut.Finally,the system test platform is constructed and the linear power supply GPS3030 D is the measured power source.The results of the automatic verification system and the manual verification are compared with the uncertainty of the calibration items.Were studied.Through the simple evaluation and analysis,a calibration method of precision DC excitation calibration system is proposed.The calibration experiment is carried out to improve the test precision and the practical value of the system.
