In order to improve the dispersion SAP and self-curing effect in concrete,the mixing method of SAP is optimized.The effects of particle size,content and blending of SAP on the frost resistance and water saturation of concrete were studied.The effect of the mixing method on the performance of the concrete mixed with the SAP is significantly higher than that of the non-mixed concrete.The mixing method(part of the water first mixed with sand and aggregate,after the cement mixing method)is better than the conventional mixing.0.1%,0.2% and 0.4% of SAP all enhance the frost resistance of concrete,of which 0.4% in the process of freezing and thawing water saturation was significantly lower than other groups,but the compressive strength of concrete 28 d lower than 10%.After the concrete is naturally immersed,the water saturation increases with the increase of the water-absorbing resin content.6 times after the freeze-thaw cycle,the depth of water is significantly improved,and even can completely penetrate the concrete.In the range of <45?m?59?m~75?m and 96~150?m,the frost resistance of 96~150?m,SAP concrete is obviously improved.The compressive strength of the three-particle SAP concrete was increased by 6% ~ 12%.The volume of water and the depth of water infiltration increase with the increase of the content.Compared with the blank group,the compressive strength of the concrete with 30% and 50% SAP mixed water was increased by 11%~13%.The water absorption of the SAP has little effect on the frost resistance and water saturation o f the concrete.The larger content and particle size of the water-absorbent resin on the concrete to improve the frost resistance,but the larger content of concrete strength decreased.It is possible to reduce the compensation strength by reducing the water-cement ratio and the addition and subtraction agent.
