Stainless steel bellows is a new type of pipe used in indoor gas system which have the advantages of convenient installation,small joint,long service life.The application can greatly improve the security of the system in the indoor gas system.However,the hydraulic performance is still blank in China,which has caused difficulties in promotion.This paper aims to test the resistance loss of several kinds of stainless steel bellows by means of scientific and reasonable experimental test methods,combined with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Based on that,the influence of pipe structure on hydraulic performance is analyzed qualitatively,and the internal flow field is studied to provide reasonable theoretical support and optimization direction for the hydraulic performance of stainless steel bellows.Theoretical foundation research on experiments on resistance loss of stainless steel bellows.Through theoretical analysis and experimental theoretical basis,the factors that affect the resistance loss and the local resistance loss of stainless steel bellows are found out,the purpose and variables of the experiment are determined,the design of the experimental system and the selection of the experimental equipments are completed.In this section,the construction and debugging of the stainless steel bellows resistance test full scale experimental platform are completed.Design and test of resistance test platform for stainless steel bellows.T he resistance loss data of stainless steel bellows for testing are obtained by reasonable experimental test.Through the reasonable data processing and the error analysis method,the local resistance loss and the resistance loss along the pipeline and the ventilation capacity of the bellow with different specifications are obtained.In order to investigate the influence of pipe diameter,flow rate and inlet pressure on the resistance loss of stainless steel bellows,a series of experiments were carried out.Compared with the steel pipe with nominal diameter,the resistance loss of the stainless steel bellows is 2-5 times of that of the steel tube.In this paper,the cause of the large resistance loss of bellows is analyzed from the tube structure,and the shape resistance coefficient of the shape of the stainless steel bellows is proposed to represent the influence on the friction coefficient,its influencing factors are Wave height bore ratio and peak to trough radius ratio.Numerical simulation and analysis of pressure loss of stainless steel bellows.Through reasonable mathematical modeling and boundary conditions,the numerical simulation experiment is confirmed by numerical simulation.Several representative measuring points in full-scale experiment are chosen and solved by means of numerical simulation.The distribution of velocity and pressure field in the pipeline is obtained.Based on the analysis of the internal flow and the comparison with the experimental results,the deviation between the two calculations is less than 6%.
