Energy is the cornerstone of social development.Every revolution in science and technology in human history is based on the invention and application of new energy technologies.21 Century is the era of hydrogen.?RMFC is a new type mobile power generator using methanol reforming hydrogen production technology,with advantages of environment-friendly,high energy density and portability.?RMFC has bright application prospects in fields of outdoor communication,scientific investigation and soldier power.Therefore,the study of the ?RMFC power system is of great significance to energy technology development.Based on combination of theory and practice,this paper carries out working principle,optimization and implementation,test and analysis researches for ?RMFC energy management system.A prototype of 15 W RMFC power system is realized,and some innovative results are obtained.Firstly,it summarizes working principle of ?RMFC,and proposes FSM control model of ?RMFC,and studies principles of temperature,fuel and power management.Secondly,it studies design and implementation of hardware circuit and program algorithm,and finishes control,temperature,fuel,power,system power supply circuits.Then it runs program on real-time operating system by task scheduling,and realizes fuel supply algorithm with four independent stages.Thirdly,it completes a ?RMFC power system prototype,and tests startup and power generation features of the prototype.Startup features includes normal mode and auxiliary electric heating mode.Power generation features includes driving laptop and driving fixed electronic load.In the end,it analyzes ?RMFC faults and proposes preventive measures on program code.The ?RMFC energy management system realized by this paper has high expansibility and compatibility,which can be applied in a real ?RMFC power system.This system has very high practical value.Based on this work,many tests of different power ?RMFCs can be done in the future.
