Design Research On The Entrance Space Of High-rise Housing In Cold Region

Since the reform and opening up,great development are made in the process of industrialization and urbanization.High-rise residential has become one of the reasonable methods to settle the housing gap.Living concept has been transformed from "Home Ownership" to "Home optimization " in China.The quality of residential space has become the focus now.The entrance space of high-rise housing in cold regions,as the most important public space in housing,is the connection of inner warm comfortable space and outer cold space.To build the energetic entrance has important significance.In this paper,entrance space of the high-rise housing in cold regions would be the studied to adapt to the cold climate and residential demands.Firstly,the article explains the research backgrounds,current research situation,related concepts and research methods systematically.Then based on field research and case studies,the article makes the analysis of elements,functions and different types of the entrance space.Then proposes the principle of adaptability,humanity and individualized design.Thus on this basis,the article step further for more abundant research on the subject of adaption to the cold climate and residential demands.In the aspect of adaption to the cold climate,the article has shown the study on spatial organization,facades and external environment design.In the aspect of adaption to the residential demands,it mainly talks about the suitable design techniques of improve functional integration,security and comfortableness.The purpose of the article is to build economical and high efficiencient entrance space of high-rise housing in cold regions which is adapted to the cold climate and adapted to the residential demand.Multiple methods have been used in process,such as literature synthesis induction methods,field research methods,Case correlation analysis methods and interdisciplinary citation methods.The author hopes that this writing could provide possible solutions and challenges in the design of entrance space in cold regions.What's more,proper references provided for the future study is also expected on this subject.
