The wind tunnel is the important test equipment in the artificial pollution deposition performance research.The atmospheric environment can be simulated by the manual control to realize the pollution deposition on the surface of the insulator.It can simulate the natural environment including wind,fog,rain,dust,high voltage electricity.The system is a complete set of test platform.It mainly consist of the steel wind tunnel body,the power system,the monitoring system,the measuring system,the software system,the dust system,the spray system,the rain system,the heating,the drying system and the corresponding ancillary equipment.All systems and equipment are integrated into the unified control platform.Firstly,according to the design parameters of the wind tunnel system,we designed the DC low speed wind tunnel aerodynamic profile and honeycomb network structure,damping,internal shrinkage curve.This chapter mainly focuses on the research of power system of wind tunnel system.In order to ensure the stability of the hole in the airflow,we finally selected the cross section of honeycomb hexagon,and the shrinkage curve was the double the three contraction curve.The power system has 12 fan blades.The spin has 7 pieces of leaves.And the leaf rotation stopping profile is the NACN airfoil.Secondly,according to the technical indicators of the artificial pollution system of natural contamination environment simulation,we designed the turntable system,the structure system and the dust rain system,respectively.According to the design principle of the wind tunnel measurement and control system,the overall scheme of the measurement and control system is determined.Thirdly,combing the wind tunnel system aerodynamic design and structure design of the test section of the turntable system,stiffness and strength check were performed to determine the rationality of the turntable system.By using the finite element analysis software MSC.Nastran,and the MSC.Patran processor,the blades,hub,displacement and stress cone fairing were analyzed by the finite element analysis.The results show that the vibration frequency of the fan system is far less than the natural frequency.It ensures the rationality,safety and reliability of the fan system.Finally,we developed the wind tunnel test system of the artificial pollution deposition performance.The tests for the wind tunnel test system were carried out.The flow field characteristics including the dynamic pressure stability,the dynamic temperature-pressure coefficient,the local airflow angle in the test section,the turbulence intensity and noise in the test section of wind tunnel system were measured and analyzed.The results show that the wind tunnel test system can meet well with the design requirements and the specific test requirements.
