Military delay relay is a key component of weapons and equipment,commonly used in the important launch control and the greater risk of fire control.At present,the development of small size,delay parameters can be programmed to adjust and seal the military requirements in line with the delay relay,the formation of no order production mode,to achieve shelf-type supply targets,can significantly shorten the product delivery cycle,has become a military seal delay The inevitable trend of relay development.In this paper,this design,to carry out programmable hybrid delay relay design and research.Firstly,based on the analysis of the technical specifications and functional requirements of programmable delay relays,the overall design scheme of programmable delay relays is proposed,including delay module design,product structure design and software design.In the case of no increase in the number of pin products,through the power modulation method to achieve the delay parameter modification,setting and curing.The circuit design of the delay module is based on the single chip microcomputer and sealed the package independently.Programmable delay relay using electromagnetic relay as the output device,in order to enhance the product switching power density selection delay module directly installed in the electromagnetic relay within the mixed structure.The product software is based on the mature delay software,adding the state judgment program module,the delay parameter programming module and the del ay parameter curing program module.Secondly,the programmable delay relay technical indicators refined to the various units,the programmable delay module for a detailed circuit design and structural design for programmable delay relay installation size r equirements and product features,programmable Delay relay were used in the transfer structure and straight through the structure of two mixed knot form,corresponding to the different production mode.According to the working status and function of the programmable delay relay program is divided into the state to determine the program module,delay program module,programming module,curing program module 4 parts.Then,in order to analyze the environmental adaptability of the programmable delay relay,the thermal characteristics,the resistance environment and the anti-jamming ability were calculated and simulated respectively.The thermal delay analysis and calculation of the key devices of the delay module to confirm whether to meet the requirements of the product temperature;use Ansys programmable delay relay modal analysis to determine the natural frequency of the relay and vibration mode;through Multisim circuit simulation software Such as the anti-dry ability of the circuit to verify and analyze the product to evaluate the voltage surge,spike and alternating transient voltage,power instantaneous power failure tolerance.Finally,the programmable delay relay for supporting the production,from the product assembly,testing,user use and other aspects of the technical indicators of a comprehensive product validation.
