China have continued to stress energy structure adjustment and the development of new energy and the control of coal based fossil energy consumption according to the 12 th Five-Year plan and the 13 th Five-Year plan.The key point is to improve the utilization efficiency of coal,and the coal used for power generation is the key coal consuming field in China,therefore,it is of great practical significance to optimize the design of the boiler combustion system.This paper includes the modeling and optimization of boiler combustion characteristics based on intelligent algorithm,and relevant monitoring system developed by using LabVIEW software.An improved differential evolution algorithm is proposed in this paper,and improving the optimization effect by adding adaptive zoom factor,crossover factor,adaptive mutation operator,sharing function.Through the optimization of test function,the simulation results show that the method has good performance.Analysis on combustion characteristics of a utility boiler,the direct and indirect prediction models of boiler thermal efficiency and NOx emission were established based on least squares support vector machine.Improve the accuracy of prediction by optimizing LSSVM model by using the improved differential evolution algorithm.It is proved that the model has better prediction effect through comparing with BP neural network and support vector machine model.The optimal solution of boiler combustion system is obtained by using a game differential evolution algorithm finally,in this paper,the game equilibrium strategy is introduced to the multi-objective optimization problem of utility boiler combustion for the first time,and the equilibrium optimization of operating conditions of utility boiler is realized,the simulation results show that the method can make the utility boiler to achieve high efficiency and low pollution emission,promote the operation efficiency and realize the energy saving and emission reduction.The method is suitable for the complex and changeable utility boiler operation,and has certain guiding significance to the combustion optimization of utility boiler.The boiler combustion optimization system is developed based on LabVIEW software,which realizes the monitoring and on-line optimization of the boiler combustion system.
