| The distribution of asphalt mixture porosity is an important index to evaluate the quality of asphalt pavement. It play an important role in pavement quality assurance and quality control system. Many researchers have studied the distribution of pavement porosity based on mathematical statistics. However, this kind of method can only describe the distribution of pavement porosity entirely.can not describe the segregation tape and segregation position of pavement porosity,And there also large differences in the standard of porosity analysis. The distribution of pavement porosity at different detection frequencies is studied based on the data of nuclear density meter,The distribution characteristics of pavement layers AC-25,AC-20 and SMA-13 under different segregation criteria were analyzed. The article also studied the distribution of pavement distribution based on spectral coefficient clustering method.Try to introduce the impact of road pavement segregation type into pavement quality control and management system. The study show that the way of cloth point have a great impact on evaluation results.Collect a point with two meters in the lane direction and collect a point with one meter in the cross-sectional direction is the most reasonable collect method, but it also should ensure the detect length longer than 50 m.Secondly, different types of asphalt pavements should choose different segregation criteria, and the order of same type of segregation interval(such as moderate coarse segregation interval): AC-25>AC-20> SMA-13;Spectral coefficient clustering method can reflect the pavement porosity distribution characteristics along the lane direction and cross-sectional direction, can accurately determine whether the road exist block segregation, striped segregation, middle band segregation, edge segregation and lap segregation. |
