| In recent years,the development of urbanization has increased the grey facilities and resulted in the change of underlying surface structure and function.The hydrological cycle of the nature was affected by the sharp enlargement of impervious surface.The volume of runoff increased and the occurrence time of runoff peak was ahead of time owing to long-time stay of large quantity of rainfall runoff,which resulted in runoff accumulation in a short time,triggered regional water logging and thus threatened people’s life and property security.Non-point source pollution of runoff water quality has become an important problem in water environment protection.In addition,runoff accumulation also results in change in regional climatic characteristics.In this context,it was considered to be an inevitable phenomenon in the development process of industrialization by foreign and domestic scholars after their analysis and research of rainfall runoff.To this end,the paper holds back and accumulates the seepage of rainfall runoff from the source by utilization of low impact development(LID)technology and combination of LID infrastructure.Not only can LID technology cut off the rainfall runoff volume,but also do a favor to purify the water quality of the rainfall runoff.It is significant on solving the urban water logging problem and urban underground water,river and lake pollution problem occurred frequently during the development of urbanization at present.Secondly,four types of technical infrastructure about LID(storage system,permeation system,conveyance system,dirt cutoff and purification system)id firstly summarized in the paper.An integrated analytical research is done from the basic structure,control effect of rainfall runoff,control effect,adaptability,advantages,disadvantages and precautions of rainfall pollution.In addition,comparison and selection system of LID infrastructure is established from regional characteristic,control function feature and cost investment.It can providereferential basis for the selection of LID technology.Thirdly,based on this,the Storm Water Management Model is established based on LID technology and Xián University of Technology(Jinhua Campus)is cited as a case for rainfall runoff research in the paper.The conclusions are as below:According to three fields of data of Xián,SWMM parameter is constructed for parameter sensitivity analysis by adopting modified Morris test method in the paper.The conclusion indicates that: the impermeability of sub catchment area is the most sensitive parameter of SWMM.Therefore,the impermeability correctness of sub catchment area shall be paid special attention when determining parameters.The runoff volume at outlet of rainwater pipe in the test area is tested in different rainfall recurrence interval by utilizing SWMM.The result indicates that: whatever rainfall recurrence interval is,the rainfall runoff peak occurrence time by utilizing LID technology infrastructure lags behind that without using LID technology infrastructure.The rainfall runoff peak can be delayed and the volume of rainfall runoff can be cut down owing to LID infrastructure.At last,based on the utilization of LID infrastructure and SWMM analysis result,the overall program of campus rainwater utilization is proposed in the paper and specific measures are pointed out from roof,road,Greenland and playground in this framework. |
