Photovoltaic power generation is a green industry in the emerging industry, the long-term exposure of photovoltaic panels outdoors, prone to fouling, surface fouling on the photovoltaic power generation efficiency has a significant impact, this paper around the photovoltaic board cleaning techno logy. the development of cleaning equipment to clean the surface of the photovoltaic panels to improve the photovoltaic panels Efficiency, given the design, and its mechanical properties analysis,the main work is as follows.The design scheme of the photovoltaic plate cleaning device is given, and the three -dimensional model is established by increasing the rubber damping device.The optimization of the topological structure of the brackets of the cleaning device is carried out. Through the comparative analysis of the mechanical properties of the three optimization schemes, the optimal scheme is determined.The brushing and supporting reaction force of the cleaning plate were simulated and analyzed, and the variation of the properties and the reaction force of different bristle materials were compared. Under normal operating conditions, the force analysis of the cleaning head was carried out, and the static effects of different parameters such as spring stiffness and preload on the cleaning device were analyzed.The modal analysis of the cross arm, the cleaning bracket and the cleaning device is carried out respectively, and the first six natural frequencies and modes are obtained. The influence of the spring stiffness on the overall modal frequency is analyzed.The response curves of the three kinds of typical loads were obtained by performing the transient response and transient dynamic analysis of the cleaning head, the arm and the cleaning device respectively. The influence of the rubber on the modal frequency and vibration mode of the cleaning device and the influence of the resonant amplitude of the harmonic response are analyzed. The effects of different damping coefficients on the random vibration caused by the analyzed.
