Since the 21 th century,with the rapid growth of China's economy,the equipment manufacturing industry and general manufacturing industry is generally rapid development in the infrastructure projects,livelihood projects and industrial production.And supporting the hydraulic transmission components are also booming.This project is mainly for the hydraulic transmission components in the proportion of servo valve design and experimental testing.This paper is closely related to the development direction of the market and the development trend of these products,and puts forward the design idea of closed-loop control mode.The proportional solenoid drives the spool displacement,the displacement sensor monitors the spool displacement and feeds the monitoring signal back to the proportional amplifier.The valve through the experimental test,the main advantages in performance is that the output flow linearity is good,hysteresis ring is small,the spool action response is high,frequency response range is wide,anti-pollution ability is strong,and meet the general industrial production equipment performance requirements.The valve is more versatile,parameter interface and control methods easy to achieve,the economy is better.First of all,according to the design requirements,design matching mechanical parameters and mechanical structure,combined with the development of such products trajectory,the design of reasonable composition,select the corresponding accessories-proportional electromagnet,displacement sensor,proportional amplifier,spring,etc.The working principle and mathematical model of each structural component.Secondly,ANSYS is used to simulate the steady-state hydrodynamics difficult to calculate in the model,and the variation law of the hydrodynamic force with the opening degree of the valve is found out,and the shape of the flow field is discussed.Finally,the experimental design of the product is verified,the system is tested and verified according to the test standard,the performance is analyzed synthetically,and the defects that need to be improved are found out.The proportion of servo valve is designed to achieve the performance of similar advanced products,to meet the normal industrial needs,and the economy is better.
