With the increasing intelligent level of distribution network,the management and control of the load is gradually strengthened,and the distributed generation technology is becoming more and more mature.The interruptible load is introduced into the distribution network fault restoration as a kind of power resource,which changes the traditional restoration model.So it is of great significance to improve the power supply reliability and power quality of the distribution network by switching the interruptible load reasonably and optimizing restoration scheme.Due to the long-term fault restoration,distributed generation output and load are constantly changing during the fault.Therefore,it is an important basis to research the multi-period fault restoration method considering the volatility of the distributed generation output and load in order to guarantee the safe,stable and reliable operation of the distribution network.In this paper,the main works are as follows:Firstly,based on the graph theory,the topology structure of the distribution network is simplified,and the processing method of the distributed generation in power flow calculation is introduced in this paper.The main factors that affect the outage loss of interruptible load are summarized in this paper,including the advance time of interruption,the durations of interruptible loads,the frequency of interrupts,the interruption time and so on.Secondly,aiming at the problem that the main grid reconstruction and islanding in the fault recovery process of distribution network with distributed generation are optimized individually and lack of coordination,a multi-agent system with double rolling optimization method is proposed in this paper,correlation between the main grid reconstruction results by the upper agent and the islanding results by the lower agents obtains the global optimal solution through many times iteration.Finally,study on islanding problem of distribution network with photovoltaic-storage system and interruptible load considering volatility.An optimal model of multi-period islanding in the distribution network is established considering the outage loss factors ofinterruptible load participating in the recovery.A weight value setting method for the islanding algorithm is given.An optimal radial distribution network generation stage based on Prim algorithm produces the optimal radial network,by which the multi-period optimal islanding range is proposed by genetic algorithm.The genetic algorithm is used to the global optimization for the initiatively reduction load of the power user signing the interruptible agreement with the power company and the optimal islanding with multi photovoltaic-storage system.The dynamic programming algorithm is used to the local optimization for multi-period of chromosome repair scheme by dividing the fault time,which can improve the efficiency of the algorithm. |
