| High efficiency and economical AC speed control system replacing the DC speed control system is the current direction of the development of motor speed technology,it has great significance to encourage students to study the related courses of AC speed technology in college.At present,the domestic experimental platforms are not suitable for secondary development,high integration,their digitalization is not high,at the same time,the control algorithm they use is not advanced.Therefore,this paper takes DSP chip TMS320F28335 as the core of motor control,studies and designs a set of three-phase asynchronous motor speed control platform which is simple and suitable for secondary development and can adopt advanced control algorithm,and provide a common experimental platform for the college to carry on related course and the research of AC speed algorithm.Firstly,the hardware and software design of the AC speed control experiment platform are carried out.The hardware part of the experimental platform ma inly introduces the main circuit,the driving circuit,the control circuit and the detection circuit.,and detailly introduce the working principle and design idea of the system.Improve the IGBT drive circuit,when the current is too large,the drive circuit can quickly implement overcurrent protection.In order to ensure the normal operation of the asynchronous motor speed control system,overcurrent protection circuit,over temperature protection circuit and overvoltage protection circuit are designed,all of them provide a hardware foundation for the AC speed experiment.The software part mainly includes the initializations of ADC module,Q EP module,ePWM module and synchronous modulation,synchronous modulation and Asynchronous Modulation’s software implementation.Secondly,the vector control system of the asynchronous motor according to the rotor flux is designed.Simulink is used to simulate the double closed-loop speed control system with the speed PI controller and the flux PI controller.O n this bas is,The active disturbance rejection controller is used to replace the traditional PI control,and form the new speed controller and flux controller.The simulation of the asynchronous motor vector control system based on the active disturbance rejection controller is carried out.According to the comparison of the simulation results,the superiority of ADRC is demonstrated.Finally,the hardware of the three phase asynchronous motor speed control platform is tested,on this basis,the advantages and disad vantages of the three modulation methods are compared by experiments,and the V/F open loop frequency conversion speed regulation experiment is completed. |
