With the development of urbanization,China's residential area is in the high-speed growth,and it meets the basic needs of people.However,due to the rapid development of the construction industry,the residential service industry has failed to cope with the development,which has resulted in residential maintenance and security lag.Therefore,China's early housing are extensive maintenance updates in virtue of experience,which results life shortened in a large number of residential,and forms a large demolition of the vicious cycle.Therefore,in the background of the hundred years 'houses and two hundred years' houses,maintaining and updating is the key of the long-term durability for existing residential buildings.Based on the above problems,this paper takes the residential buildings of Qinhuangdao after the 1970 s as the research objects,and explores the pathological phenomena of the existing residential buildings.In order to reflect the existing problems of existing residential buildings,this research focuses on the study of some residential quarters by means of field investigation,site photograph,communication with community residents and access to relevant government departments.According to the classification system of the open housing,the author focuses on the research of the support system`s shared sections,and analyzes and summarizes the causes of the pathological phenomena.Based on the research on the supporting system`s shared sections,the database of the pathology of the supporting body is constructed and its pathology template is made.
