The release and absorption process of oral drugs in the body is of great significance to the evaluation of the drug,the consistency evaluation and the evaluation of the effective composition of Chinese medicine.Traditional drug dissolution/absorption simulating system has many insufficient,such as time-consuming,big workload,experimental process intermittent discontinuity,etc.Papers based on results of institute of Chinese material medica China academy of Chinese medical sciences,to build a bionic simulation system by biological,chemical,machinery,electronics,detection and control of modern engineering technology.It is used to simulate the continuous process of oral drugs in the human body,and assist researchers to establish the association of the digestive and absorption of drugs.In this paper,aiming at the stomach and intestine,verify the relevant resources,sorting out the environmental conditions of the two places in the human body,and select validated parts that have a decisive influence,establish the drug absorption instrument working principle and design scheme by simulating the body temperature,acid and alkali environment,the flow field and flow velocity in the stomach and small intestine.On this basis,the paper mainly presents the instrument's overall mechanical structure,pipeline structure and electrical structure,and introduces in detail the subsystems of drug release pool,constant temperature,pipetting,chassis subsystem and sampling subsystem,and other key subsystem functional requirements,and selected the best solutions.The design parameters and calculation results are given in part of the structure.Secondly,the paper describes the key technologies and methods of the drug absorption instrument,including simulates the flow field and the flow rate of the stomach through the stirring system.The CFD software is used to verify whether the flow field of the agitator is consistent with the stirring speed.The pH control pool of the absorber was used to establish its static and dynamic model;Matlab was used to simulate the temperature control.The temperature control was selected by constant temperature water tank and the temperature fluctuation and temperature uniformity were tested.The flow control was driven by peristaltic pump and capacitor a combination of proximity sensors.Finally,based on the above research results,this paper has carried on the detailed design and the actual processing and assembling,developed a set of meet the actual demand of the entity prototype system.
