With the continuous improvement of the level of modern science and technology, people demand for spiritual civilization is also increasing, the pursuit of the performance of the building indoor environment has become an important indicator of high quality life. However, due to the influence of external parameters and the building itself, the performance level of the building indoor environment can not meet the target that we expect. Some of the equipment systems that improve the performance of indoor environments are used in buildings, and people are able to improve the performance of buildings and meet the needs of people in various ways. But it comes at the cost of consuming a lot of building energy.According to the EP statistics,China's primary energy consumption has been the world's highest for five consecutive years since 2010,analysis also points out that the next few years China's energy consumption growth will continue to maintain. With the increase of the building quantity and the improvement of the indoor environment,it will inevitably lead to a significant increase in energy consumption. As a result, the correlation study on the building indoor environmental performance and energy consumption,in performance at the same time, the energy consumption of building indoor environment control in a reasonable level,is a research direction. This paper on the building indoor environmental performance related to building energy consumption is the basic theory research, and on this basis, respectively summarized for building indoor sound environment, light environment, thermal environment, factors that affect the building energy consumption, and will affect the building performance and energy consumption of building indoor environment factors of coupling analysis, identify common factors of establishing index system, lay the foundation for the later correlation research.Second, utilizing DesignBuilder,Ecotect,Airpak,Cadna simulation software as analysis tool, such as building energy consumption in our building model first, indoor light environment performance, performance of indoor thermal environment, indoor sound environment analysis of the status quo of performance; And then establish the building orientation, shape coefficient, sunshade, outside wall ratio, wall type, window type, type of roof seven influencing factors,to simulate software as analysis tool, fitting equation as analysis method, the quantitative study of individual factors under different levels of values to the influence degree of the indoor environment performance and energy consumption, output each single factor and the function relationship between the energy consumption, indoor environmental performance. Then, based on the theory of multi-objective optimization theory and analytic hierarchy process(ahp),hierarchy structure model is established, based on the analysis of the factors on the performance target, combined with the scale, the influencing factors of pairwise comparison, the relative importance of judgment matrix is established.Using the MATLAB software to calculate the matrix, the influence weight and the order of the main order are obtained. This paper summarizes the design method of architectural comprehensive index, and provides some reference and reference for building different focus functions. With LINGO software, the multi-objective optimization can be achieved. Finally, according to the research results, the integration of different schemes is compared. In case analysis shows that under the different emphasis on building comprehensive index weights related factors, the differences in the levels of value, and building comprehensive index evaluation method of using process.
