| As the traditional flight simulation platform Stewart is complex and expensive,with the flight mission and the corresponding flight training diversification,less freedom movement platform with simple structure,effective-cost has become a new research hotspot.The 3-PRS is used as a flight simulation platform in this paper.In order to improve its simulation accuracy,the error source definition,error separation,sensitivity analysis,structural design,assembly process design and kinematic calibration are discussed.The main contents are as follows:Kinematics analysis and error source definition are studied for the flight simulation platform with less DOF.The kinematic inverse solution of the motion platform is established by using the closed-loop vector method.The error source is defined by the appropriate coordinate system,which avoids the influence of the parameterization of the error source on the error identification,lay the foundation of mathematics for the later error modeling and error separation.The error model of the error model with no redundancy error source is obtained,and the compensation error source and the non-compensable error source are obtained by using the Jacobi matrix.Two kinds of sensitivity analysis methods are proposed for the non-compensable error source.Through the sensitivity analysis,we can get the non-compensable error source which has great influence on the end of the motion platform.The overall structure and assembly process are designed.The dynamic force of the platform and the components of the force mapping matrix are obtained by using the static equilibrium equation.Given the force of the moving platform,it is necessary to get all the binding parts of the key parts in the whole movement space.In this paper,the strength of the components is checked to avoid stress damage to parts by using the maximum force for the component as the evaluation index.The design of the assembly process is proposed and the assembly process is satisfied to meet the requirements of the system.Kinematic calibration method for flight simulation platform is researched.Firstly,the error source of the flight simulation platform with the pose error is identified.The identification matrix is obtained.And then the corresponding error compensation strategy is researched,and the validity of error identification and error compensation is simulated byusing MATLAB software to complete the corresponding kinematic calibration. |
