The supporting system of the wind turbine is the key system structure of the whole generator.The main bearing system of traditional wind turbine is mechanical bearing.Therefore,the start of the wind speed generally to reach more than 3m/s can be started.The mechanical contact and friction between the bearings in the bearing system of the mechanical bearing can cause mechanical friction and wear.Mechanical friction will produce part of power loss,greatly reducing the effective power of wind rate.The generation of mechanical wear will damage the hardware of the support system,affect the work of the machine,and it maybe cause a serious problem.Because there are many disadvantages of traditional motor,magnetic levitation wind generator came into being.Horizontal axis magnetic suspension wind power generator is the product of combining magnetic bearings with horizontal axis wind turbines.It has the advantages of good starting performance,high efficiency,long service life,high market share.How to improve the performance of magnetic levitation wind power generator is a frontier research topic in the field of international new energy.Compared with the traditional radial quadrupole,octupole magnetic bearing,three phase inverter is used to provide excitation current to control coil in the AC three pole magnetic bearing.AC magnetic bearings usually adopt three-phase AC power inverter to drive the whole bearing.Compared with the power amplifier,the three-phase inverter has many advantages,such as more mature technology,low price,high stability,small size and so on.The use of three-phase inverter can greatly reduce the development cost of the control system.This paper draws on the advantages of flux-switching permanent magnet,then a novel radial two degree of freedom hybrid magnetic bearing has been designed.A new hybrid magnetic bearing has been used as a radial supporting structure,and a three pole hybrid magnetic bearing has been used as a supporting structure.Theoretical and experimental of magnetic levitation system have been studied.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.The working principle of magnetic levitation wind power generator is introduced.The design scheme of three kinds of classical magnetic suspension system is analyzed and compared.Three kinds of design schemes are not enough to meet the design requirements.In this paper,a new type of the magnetic suspension system is designed.Its upper and lower radial supportingstructure are supported by radial two degree of freedom hybrid magnetic bearing.Axial hybrid magnetic bearings are used as the axial bearing.The working principle of axial hybrid magnetic bearing is described.The mathematical model of the axial hybrid magnetic bearing has been worked out.The design of the key parameters of the axial hybrid magnetic bearing has been presented.Finally,the Matlab software is used to simulate and analyse the axial hybrid magnetic bearings.2.The mathematical model of the bearing capacity of the new radial hybrid magnetic bearing is established by using the equivalent magnetic circuit method.The mathematical model is used to calculate the maximum bearing capacity of the magnetic bearing.The detailed design parameters of the new radial hybrid magnetic bearing are calculated.The 3D model of the new type magnetic bearing is drawn in the Ansoft simulation software by use the detailed design parameters.The simulation results show that the design of the new magnetic bearing parameters is reasonable and can meet the design requirements of radial bearing capacity.3.According to the working principle of the whole magnetic suspension system,the control system of radial hybrid magnetic bearing with DSP 2812 as the control core is constructed.The hardware circuit design and software development and debugging of the control system are described in detail.4.Using VB6.0 as the man-machine interface to debug the software,the floating,stable suspension and disturbance tests of the magnetic bearings in the five degree of freedom suspension system are completed.Finally,the test results are analyzed to verify the feasibility and rationality of the five degree of freedom suspension system,the correctness and accuracy of the design of the digital control system are verified.
