With the development of world maritime transport,the increasing amount of Petroleum seaborne volume,while effectively promoting the development of the world economy,the issue of maritime oil pollution has become more and more serious.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the research of ship oil discharge monitoring system at home and abroad.At present,the domestic ship oil discharge monitoring system has low integration,low reliability and man-machine interface monotonous operation complex and other shortcomings,can't meet the " ship industrial deepening structure adjustment to accelerate the transformation and upgrading action plan(2016-2020)" requirements.In view of this,the designe of ship discharge monitoring system and experimental research has great significance.In this thesis,based on the research of ship oil displacement monitoring system at home and abroad and the study of oil concentration measurement method,the overall design of ship oil discharge monitoring system and experimental study was established.Monitoring system design is mainly composed of computer control unit design and measurement and control unit design,set up a system with data acquisition,system control and other functions.The measurement and control unit is mainly composed of the flow collecting module,the oil concentration sensor and the execution unit,and is responsible for signal acquisition of the flow and oil concentration and the movement of.execution unit The computer control unit is composed of embedded hardware platform and GPS module,which is responsible for data calculation and control commands issued.The computer control unit communicates with the measurement and control unit through the CAN bus,the measurement and control unit sends the collected data to the computer control unit through the CAN bus,the computer control unit receives the data and calculates it,then through the CAN bus sends control commands to the measurement and control unit to control execution unit.On the basis of the hardware design,the computer control unit uses eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0 to develop the system monitoring software in the Windows CE5.0 operating environment,the measurement and control unit completes the signal acquisition and execution unit control through the C program language design on the STM8S208 chip design.At the same time,in order to solve the nonlinearity of the input and output for the oil concentration sensor,mainly through the design of the infrared emission circuit and the light receiving circuit to complete the design of dual channel right angle oil concentration sensor based on the ratio method.In the experimental study,the experimental study on oil concentration sensor test and monitoring system was carried out.In the oil concentration experiment,on the basis of LabVIEW oil content detection,through the IoT platform and Android client to realize the remote monitoring of oil concentration test.In addition,the oil concentration sensor with relative error is less than 3ppm in the range of 0 ~ 50 ppm.in 100~1000ppm,the maximum relative error is ± 5.1%,meet the IMO on the oil discharge monitoring system in the oil meter measurement accuracy requirements.The system experimental study mainly includes the static and dynamic debugging of the measurement and control,the system software operation,function test,the simulation test of the execution unit and systematic measurement error test are carried out by using the oil discharge monitoring simulation platform of Jiangsu Yuanwang Instrument Co.,Ltd.The simulation test shows that the correct execution rate of control is 100%,the measurement error meet the requirement,achievet the design requirements of system.
