Spectrum management is a key support to ensure the reasonable and effective use of spectrum resources.management strategy of spectrum can not only guarantee the reasonable use of spectrum resources, but also avoid and eliminate the mutual interference between the devices.Large-aperture radio telescope have the extremely high system sensitivity, and the electromagnetic environment of the site inside and outside is complicated. For plans to build QiTai 110 m radio telescope(QTT),we shall propose the spectrum management strategy for QTT station, which provides important support for electromagnetic compatibility design and station radio management of radio telescope system.Firstly, according to the International Telecommunication union RA.769.2,and the technical specifications and scientific requirements of QTT design, the bandwidth and integration time are determined by different observation modes. The results of interference level limit of feed aperture can be calculated.Secondly, according to the aerial image and elevation data of QTT station, one may use the terrain processing software of Global Mapper to process and analyze the terrain data of the station,so as to obtain the high precision numerical topographic data(0.18m)and establish the terrestrial wave propagation model.Furthermore,in order to predict the interference of site inside and outside to reach the telescope of the radio path attenuation,we shall simulate wave propagation analysis with the help of the radio mobile simulation software area. Finally, according to the interference level limit of feed aperture and the electromagnetic interference effect, one may analyze the influence of electromagnetic interference on radio astronomy site within and outside and put forward the internal and external spectrum management strategy.
