Steel concrete filled tube column can give full play to the advantages of steel and concrete materials,it has the advantages of high bearing capacity,practicality,economy and beauty.At present it has been widely used in engineering practice,many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the mechanical properties and design methods of steel concrete filled tube.But with the steel pipe thickness thinning trend,when the axial load is large,the steel concrete filled tube column is prone to instability,which greatly reduces the carrying capacity of the whole component.In this paper,ANSYS finite element software is used to build the steel concrete filled tube column model,and a large number of parameters are analyzed for the steel concrete filled tube column.The main factors affecting the stability of the steel concrete filled tube column are obtained,and a relatively stable bearing capacity formula is established.The concrete contents are as follows:(1)Exploring the finite element ANSYS in the simulation of steel concrete filled tube column to solve some of the main problems,such as the choice of concrete and steel pipe unit type,concrete constitutive relationship to determine the division of the density of the grid,the way the load applied,and determine the method used in this paper.(2)Taking the square and round steel steel concrete filled tube short columns as the research object,the influence of different parameters on the stability of the steel concrete filled tube column is analyzed,and the main factors influencing the stable bearing capacity of steel concrete filled tube short columns are obtained.The influence of the parameters can be reflected on the constraint effect coefficient.Finally,the formula of the stable bearing capacity of the steel concrete filled tube short columns under the axial load is summarized,and the results are in good agreement with the formulas at home and abroad.(3)On the basis of the study of the short column,the stability of the steel concrete filled tube long column is analyzed by finite element analysis.By analyzing the effects of different concrete strength,steel yield strength and different slenderness ratio,The results show that slenderness ratio is the main factor affecting the stabilityof long columns.Finally,based on the short column,the formula of stable bearing capacity of long column is established.(4)The stability of the steel concrete filled tube column are analyzed and compared with the corresponding stability of the steel tube.The results show that the bearing capacity of the steel concrete filled tube columns is about 30% when the steel tubular columns are under the same conditions due to the presence of filled concrete.The steel concrete filled tube columns are less prone to lateral buckling and the lateral deflection of the slow development.
