The powder alloy is widely used in aerospace, and the powder turbine disk is the most important part of the aeroengine.Due to the limitation of metallurgical technology, power turbine disk is easy to have defects such as inclusions, which reduces the quality and safety of the part,so,it's very important to study a non-destructive test to ensure the quality of the process of the powder alloy disk.Due to the defect of powder alloy is usually hundreds of micrometers, the conventional NDT Method is hard to find. In order to improve the sensitivity, on the basis of theoretical analysis, a new detection method, ultrasonic water logging focus method with eddy current testing, is proposed. In allusion to the process and the specialty of the powder alloy disk, ultrasonic testing and Eddy current testing processes have been determined for the powder alloy disks. In the study of ultrasonic testing, the powder turbine disk has been tested, and the article adopts the ultrasonic water logging focus method, selecting the SCANMASTER LS-200 LP inspection system. According to using different parameter ultrasonic probe to subarea inspection, and accounting inspection step distance, the powder ally disk can be inspected. In order to avoid the blind area of ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing is made in this paper, the probe and balance block have been maked to test the capability of detecting defect. The test shows that the defect can be detected by ultrasonic testing. And the defect to the surface less than 2.5mm can be detected by eddy current testing. It shows that ultrasonic water logging focus method with eddy current testing is an effective method to control the quality of the disk inside.
