The inclined supporting plate bearing frame is an important bearing part of the aircraft engine, It has the characteristics of large size, high precision, complex structure and thin wall thickness. In recent years, these parts begin to adopt integral precision casting way to get wool. The inclined supporting plate bearing frame wax die is the key process equipment used for the manufacture of these precision castings. The traditional inclined supporting plate bearing frame wax die has the defects of inconvenient operation, long processing cycle and low assembly precision. It makes low pass rate of the relevant castings, To a certain extent, it has delayed the research and manufacture cycle of aero engine. So improving the processing accuracy and efficiency of the mold by studying the design structure of the mold, processing technology and rapid repair methods is of great significance to improve the qualified rate of castings and shorten the development period of aeroengine.The purpose of this article is to improve the inclined supporting plate bearing frame of wax mold machining precision and efficiency. The primary research is as follows:Influence of steel and aluminum mixture on the processing and using performance of die; How to optimize the mold structure to improve the processing technology and using performance of the inclined supporting plate bearing frame of wax mold; How to optimize the processing technology to improve machining precision and efficiency of the inclined supporting plate bearing frame of wax mold; To study the method of making assembly guidance map and its positive role in the mold production; To find out the main factors influencing the supporting plate wall thickness deviation and outer wall thickness deviation and put forward effective solving measures; How to quickly repair the size of the mold and the size of the problem in the process of debugging.In this paper, the actual production of the inclined supporting plate bearing frame of wax mold as the research object, analysised the difficulties in the manufacturing process of the inclined supporting plate bearing frame of wax mold one by one through some ways such as the mold material selection, the structural design of the mold, mechanical processing,production organization and die adjustment. The following conclusions are drawn through a large number of data statistics and comparison: In the design of large and complex wax mold,proper use of 718 steel and 7075 aluminum alloy in different parts of the mold, which can notonly ensure the mold strength requirements but also optimizing the processing technology of die, and greatly reduce the amount of labor of workers; In the design of die components, the combination of the block can be optimized to reduce the number of pieces and the accumulation of processing errors, which is conducive to ensure the accuracy of the mold and the use of performance; In the mold design of the inclined supporting plate bearing frame of wax mold, we can improve the positioning accuracy of each block by over-positioning; In the processing of the inclined supporting plate bearing frame of wax mold, using the combination process can eliminate the accumulated errors and greatly improve the efficiency of mold machining and final assembly precision; Using assembly guidance map can reduce the quality problems and improve the production efficiency to some extent, it is an effective management method; The deviation of the wall thickness of the supporting plate is caused by the machining error and the assembly error of the module, and the deviation can be corrected by the repairing of the cutting material or the increasing material of the central blocks; The deviation of the outer ring wall thickness is caused by the assembly error, which is related to the mold structure, and can reduce the wall thickness deviation by adding the positioning ring on the outer ring; A repairing technology based on WEDM is proposed. by using this method,we can not only realize the increasing material repairation of the inner and outer ring block but also the cutting material repairation, not only can save the cost and time of the new module, can also better ensure the accuracy requirements.
