Research On Technology And Equipment Of Mechanized Clearance For Railway Tunnel

In the past, limited by the original design of the tunnel width, ventilation,communications, lighting, dust, noise reduction, mechanical exhaust emissions and other technical conditions,the cleaning operations of railway tunnels can only rely on a large number of manpower to achieve, which leads to slow construction progress, large safety pressure, poor operating environment and poor quality of operations. In view of this problem, through the careful theoretical analysis and calculation, technological innovation,equipment transformation and other technical research, I first successfully achieved mechanized heavy-duty railway single-track tunnel roadbed clearance test in China.By the transformation of the existing QS-400 full-channel ballast cleaning machine,this paper realized the mechanization of screening operations of the two sides of the pillow from the distance between the ballast wall distance and greater than or equal to 1.1m single-line tunnel, to solve the majority of China's existing single-track tunnel mechanized screening technology problems. This paper have carried out monitoring and analysis of the tunnel construction environment, and put forward the detection standard and labor protection optimization measures for real-time detection of O2, CO, CO2, NO, NO2 and dust in the working environment, and for the different construction workers equipped with professional dust, smoke, masks and goggles to take the installation of exhaust gas purification device, the installation of dust-proof rubber cover and other measures, which improve the tunnel screening operation of the construction environment effectively. This paper combined the working condition with tunnel characteristics, put forward the technological process and construction organization specification of tunnel mechanized cleaning operation. This paper did special research on tunnels facing the limitation of the distance between sleepers and slag walls against mechanical screen-cleaning among single track tunnels., and put forward the transformation program and measures.The research and development of the tunnel technology and equipment successfully solves the main problems of tunnel mechanized cleaning operations, achieve the mechanized screening operations in tunnel, especially in the single-track tunnel. This method has been verified by multiple production experiments of single and double-track tunnels, which provides an effective solution for the development of mechanical screen-cleaning technology and practical equipment for railway tunnels in China.
