The Analysis On Transportation And Transition Scheme For Reforming Chongqingxi And Xinglongchang Marshalling Station

With the increasing pressure of the economic downward,the infrastructure investment is becoming a more and more important part of our country economic development.Since the "Twelfth Five Year Plan",with the increasing investment in railway construction,railway transportation system has achieved the development at full speed.As the main member of China's comprehensive transportation system,railway plays an important role in promoting the coordinated development of regional economy and accelerating the flow of economic factors.As an important part of the railway network,the railway transport organization efficiency is directly related to the normal operation of the whole national economy.First of all,this thesis summarizes the planning and construction of the domestic and international railway hub,and on the basis of this,it clarifies the research content,method and technical route.Then,it makes a detailed analysis of the Chongqing hub according to the theory of railway hub and field research related to Xinglongchang marshalling station and stations within Chongqing hub,including the location,size,layout,the new line introduction and existing facilities and equipment of Xinglongchang marshalling station etc..Based on the statistics of the production and wagon flow in the Chongqing hub,the thesis calculates and analyzes the transportation capacity and coordination of the hub,and identifies the existing problems and reasons of the Chongqing hub capacity.After that,aiming at the existing problems,the thesis proposes transitional measures such as strengthen the organizing of the South channel of the Xinglong marshalling yard,increasing the weight of wagons in transit without sorting in Chongqing West Marshalling Station,improving the capacity of the hub,implementing the freight yard's "Less investment,short cycle,high efficiency" project,accelerating the Baishiyi yard construction and the transformation of the Chongqing South Railway Station,implementing the three station renovation in advance,building three tie lines of railway freight car in advance,improving the Chongqing North Railway Station passenger traffic capacity,which strengthen the hub transport capacity,improve transport organization efficiency during the renovation of the hub and ensure the safety of transportation.Finally,in the conclusion and prospect,it analyzes the prominent problems restricting the development of Chongqing hub for the next 3 to 5 years,puts forward the measures to ensure the smooth transportation of Chongqing hub,and makes clear the future direction of the development of Chongqing hub.
